Location: New York
Senior Field Marketing Manager (AI, Cyber, Software, Events)
- Location:
New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office) - Department: GTM + Marketing
- Compensation: $170K - $200K base salary + equity

- A senior events position responsible for planning, executing, and elevating the company’s entire events portfolio. You'll partner with the Global Head of Events to deliver memorable, high-impact experiences that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. This position suits a highly organised, creative events professional who enjoys fast-paced environments and can balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
- Plan and manage the company’s presence at major industry conferences and trade shows across North America.
- Own all company-hosted events, including meetups, customer gatherings, and exclusive programmes.
- Execute global virtual flagship events, ensuring immersive and engaging attendee experiences.
- Run end-to-end logistics, including budgeting, contracts, vendors, booth design, shipping, travel, and on‑site support.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, PR, Content, Social, and Acquisition teams to align event strategy with commercial goals.
- Create engaging event experiences through giveaways, materials, and bespoke customer moments.
- Maintain all event documentation, calendars, campaign tracking, and internal systems.
- At least 5+ years of B2B SaaS events experience across live, virtual, and hybrid environments.
- Experience with a Series A, B, or C VC-backed business is highly desired, or a PE-backed SaaS company
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple timelines and budgets.
- Confident communicator comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and vendors independently.
- Creative mindset with a track record of delivering innovative, impactful event experiences.
- Thrives in a scaling, fast‑moving environment and adapts quickly to last‑minute changes.
- Based in NYC and able to work in the office three days per week.
