We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of U.S. commercial marketing strategy for an upcoming Alzheimer's launch. This individual will be responsible for building the brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plan from the ground up, while building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This is a high-visibility leadership role with significant influence over commercial success and the patient/caregiver and HCP experience for Fosun Pharma's products in the U.S. market.

• Develop and lead the U.S. marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning across pre-launch, launch, and in-market phases.
• Build and lead a high-performing Marketing team as the function scales, including brand, digital, and marketing operations personnel.
• Own the development of the brand strategy, target product profile input, and core brand messaging and promotional platform.
• Lead development of HCP and patient/caregiver marketing materials, campaigns, and omnichannel engagement strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure marketing strategy is aligned and compliant.
• Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and brand tracking to inform strategy and measure performance.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships supporting creative, media, and marketing execution.
• Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., FDA promotional guidelines, PhRMA Code).
• Develop departmental budget, KPIs, and performance metrics for the Marketing function.
• Represent Marketing in cross-functional leadership meetings and provide strategic input into brand planning and lifecycle management.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience, with at least 5+ years in a Marketing leadership role.
• Direct experience in CNS field required.
• Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy for a product launch.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear brand messaging.

• Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
• Proven experience building and/or scaling a Marketing function, ideally within a growing or entrepreneurial organization.
