Solar Eclipse New York is looking for a highly creative, commercially minded and culturally plugged-in Social Media & Influencer Growth Manager to build and grow our social media presence, creator community, affiliate program and product PR.

Our collections span hair accessories, mirrors, brushes, jewelry boxes, pill cases, bag charms, tech accessories, home, gifting, games and more, with hundreds of new designs launching throughout the year.

Solar Eclipse is stocked by leading retailers and cultural institutions across the U.S. and internationally, including Nordstrom, Revolve, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, MoMA Design Store, Barnes & Noble, Free People, Le Bon Marché and others.

As the business continues to grow rapidly, we see an enormous opportunity to build a social presence that reflects the scale, creativity and momentum of the brand.

You’ll develop and execute our organic growth strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest
, while building our influencer, creator, affiliate and product PR ecosystem.

You’ll have an enormous amount to work with: hundreds of products and new designs, constant launches, major retail partnerships, collaborations, international expansion, shoots, events, press and behind-the-scenes access to new collections.

Your job is to turn that activity into a distinctive, highly engaging social presence and continuously find new ways to introduce Solar Eclipse to new audiences.

You’ll own the organic growth strategy across our social channels, including:

• Reactivating and growing Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest

• Developing platform-specific strategies with clear goals around audience growth, reach, engagement, discovery and traffic.
• Establishing the appropriate publishing cadence, formats and content mix for each platform.
• Building and managing the overall social content calendar.
• Planning and executing Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, posts, Pins and other platform-native content.
• Building a high-volume content engine using brand assets, original social-first content, behind-the-scenes material and creator-generated content.
• Identifying trends, sounds, formats, search behavior and cultural moments relevant to Solar Eclipse.
• Turning product launches, collaborations, retail partnerships, press and events into audience-growth opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for collaborative posts, creator amplification and strategic partnerships.
• Testing creative concepts, formats and distribution strategies to understand what drives growth.
• Analyzing performance and continuously refining strategy based on results.
• Reporting on follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic and top-performing content.

You’ll develop a dedicated Pinterest growth and discovery strategy
