Location: New York City — tm:rw Times Square Flagship (On-site)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 per annum
About tm:rwtm:rw is the home of innovation, a destination where people discover, try, and experience the world's most exciting technology, health, gaming, and lifestyle brands. Our experience-led concept stores, based in London and New York, give the best brands in the world a stage to connect with curious, discerning consumers.
Our brand partner roster includes names like Amazon, Play Station, Whoop, Loop Earplugs, Devialet, and dozens more across tech, audio, health, and mobility. We don't just stock brands, we build platforms for them.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role for a highly creative multi-hyphenate who can create content, design visuals, and coordinate events — all in one seat. You'll own tm:rw's day-to-day social media presence, from ideation and design through to publishing and community management, while also supporting the planning and delivery of high-impact in-store events, activations, and written communications.
You'll be equally comfortable shooting and editing a reel from the shop floor, designing a graphic for an email campaign, and coordinating vendors ahead of a launch event. You're deeply immersed in social culture, confident owning day-to-day content output, and know how to translate physical retail moments — events, launches, activations — into compelling digital and printed storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing Content Creation & Design- Create and publish high volumes of brand-aligned original content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, and emerging channels

- Apply strong editorial and visual judgement to ensure content aligns with tm:rw's brand voice, values, and long-term positioning
- Drive organic growth through frequent posting, trend participation, and platform-native content
- Spot trends, memes, and cultural moments quickly and turn them into relevant, on-brand content
- Continuously test different content styles, hooks, and formats to maximise reach and engagement
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing events from concept to completion
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, and on-site setup/teardown
- Create content tied to in-store activations, flagship events, and retail storytelling, translating physical experiences into compelling digital narratives
- Collaborate across teams to ensure events and content reinforce foot traffic drivers and on-site priorities

- Monitor post-level performance and engagement metrics, using insights to adjust content execution over time
- Track and report on content and event performance at regular intervals, sharing insights with Marketing/Brand leadership
- 3–5 years' experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related creative field
- Proven ability to create large volumes of content consistently, and to build a brand's presence from scratch
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and optimisation
- Strong design skills and comfort with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
- Confident copywriting skills with a strong sense of voice and tone; familiarity with AP style is a plus
- Some experience in event coordination, communications, or PR is a plus (internship experience welcome)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, in-person environment
