Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

Location: NYC or LA preferred / Hybrid — regular travel to Portland, OR (one week per month)

Evelyn & Bobbie is revolutionizing an industry. We are a fierce team of individuals committed to creating more comfortable, more supportive intimate apparel for women. We question limitations, simplify problems, and use science for solutions. We believe in doing things better every day. Now eleven years old, Evelyn & Bobbie is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding our team of career-minded professionals who strive to impact society in meaningful ways through our products and our message.

We have an invitation waiting for a SVP of Marketing who is a modern brand architect and growth operator — not a traditional marketer. This is an invitation to transform Evelyn & Bobbie from a high-performing product company into a category-defining, full-price premium brand with cultural relevance across every channel we sell in: DTC, wholesale (premium department stores and specialty stores), and QVC.

Reporting directly to our CEO and Founder, you will be successful if you build a brand people feel — not just buy — while making sure that brand shows up with the same premium consistency whether she discovers us on Tik Tok, on a department store floor, or live on air.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy that drives brand positioning, consumer awareness and desirability, and revenue growth across every channel we sell in.
  • Drive step-change growth in brand awareness — not just incremental performance gains.
  • Build a modern marketing engine that fuses storytelling, technology, and customer insight across the full customer journey, from first discovery to repeat purchase.
  • Set the creative direction and cultural point of view for the brand across always-on content channels (CTV, short-form video, Tik Tok, and beyond) — and make sure that point of view translates consistently across all channels.
  • Own the effectiveness and scale of the always-on storytelling system that drives DTC demand, in close partnership with the Growth team, who own performance execution, lifecycle, and conversion.
  • Partner with the wholesale sales team to ensure the brand shows up at full price and premium standard across major department store partners — including in-store visual merchandising standards, seasonal launch toolkits and sell‑through campaigns for buyers, co-op/MDF marketing strategy, and trade marketing materials that protect brand equity rather than dilute it.
  • Ensure QVC on‑air storytelling and broadcast presence reflect the same brand voice, product truth, and premium positioning as DTC and wholesale.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with Product and Design — not downstream of them — to translate product truth into emotional narrative across every channel; think in terms of “why she wears it,” not just “how we sell it”.
  • Champion pricing and promotional discipline across all channels, building demand and desirability without leaning on discounting to drive volume.
  • Build and lead a high‑output, low‑friction creative organization, and raise the bar across creative, brand, and growth functions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast‑growing, nimble environment.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in a marketing leadership role driving omnichannel growth.
  • Personally led a brand's growth from $30M to $100M+ in revenue, or through a comparable step‑change / successful exit.
  • Omnichannel marketing experience that includes scaling both wholesale (major department stores) and ecommerce/DTC within fashion, intimates, apparel, or cosmetics.
  • Experience marketing a full‑price premium brand, without reliance on discount‑driven demand.
  • A track record of building or scaling a brand that people feel, not just buy, with a deep, intuitive understanding of female consumer psychology, identity, and aspiration.
  • Revenue‑accountable operating experience: fluent in DTC economics, retention, and omnichannel growth; builds systems, not one‑off wins.
  • Fluency in modern marketing technology — AI, creative systems, and content engines — with a clear point of view on the shift from campaigns to always‑on storytelling ecosystems
  • Experience building and leading high‑caliber…
