We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to gain hands‑on experience across social media, email marketing, Salesforce/CRM, and demand generation while supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.
Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels. You’ll gain practical experience with Salesforce, Canva, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools while contributing to real-world projects.
The ideal candidate isproactive, tech-savvy, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to research solutions, learn new tools quickly, and take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media: Assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring Linked In content and engagement
- Email Marketing: Support email campaigns, including content coordination, audience segmentation, distribution, and performance tracking
- Salesforce/CRM: Assist with contact and campaign data management, list organization, lead tracking, and reporting
- Demand Generation: Support campaigns through landing pages, campaign assets, lead generation activities, tracking, and reporting
- Create and update graphics, one-pagers, presentations, email assets, and other marketing collateral using Canva
- Assist with tracking website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other available data
- Support conference and event marketing, sales enablement materials, and other marketing projects as needed
- Research marketing tools, trends, competitors, and potential solutions to support new initiatives
- Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, files, and project trackers
- Review and quality-check assigned work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media, email marketing, CRM/Salesforce, and demand generation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Canva, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Marketing Manager and broader team
- Hands-on experience across social media, email marketing, demand generation and marketing tools including Salesforce/CRM, Canva, Google Analytics
- Exposure to landing pages, campaign analytics and sales enablement
- Experience supporting, measuring and reporting real-world marketing campaigns
- Portfolio-building opportunities through a variety of marketing projects
