Summary

The Brand Manager for Krug & Ruinart leads the U.S. execution of consumer-centric marketing strategy, translating global Maison priorities into local plans and high-touch activations. Reporting to the Brand Director, this hybrid NYC role manages brand programming, partnerships, CRM, and A&P deployment to drive volume, profit, and brand equity. The role requires close cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive 360° brand delivery across consumer and trade touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Lead annual U.S. brand planning and translate global guidelines into local toolkits and launch plans.
  • Direct 360° execution of brand moments, consumer activations, partnerships, and experiential programs.
  • Manage CRM strategy, audience growth, engagement, and lifecycle touchpoints for the U.S. market.
  • Oversee A&P budget planning, deployment, and performance management in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Serve as primary operational contact with Maison teams, agencies, distributors, and partners to ensure aligned execution.
  • Act as brand representative at trade events, media opportunities, and partner activations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 - 8 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing consumer engagement programs and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong budget management, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; senior executive presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
    Photoshop a plus; understanding of U.S. three-tier distribution helpful.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
