- Maintain and update product catalogs across brand-owned e-commerce, marketplace, and retail partner websites.
- Coordinate the setup and launch of new styles, colors, and collections across all applicable digital platforms.
- Ensure product information is complete and accurate, including style numbers, product names, descriptions, colors,
- pricing, sizing, attributes, imagery, and other required product data.
- Track new product launches and confirm styles are live and accurately represented on partner websites.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or delayed product information and work quickly with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor catalog upload errors and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and marketplace partners.
- Maintain organized tracking documents for product setup, imagery, launch status, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate product imagery and digital asset requirements for e-commerce and marketplace partners.
- Track samples and styles needed for e-commerce photography.
- Assist with coordinating e-commerce photoshoot schedules and style lists.
- Ensure final product imagery is received, organized, and delivered to partners according to required timelines and specifications.
- Follow up on missing imagery or assets that could delay products from going live.
- Review live product pages for image accuracy, product information, and overall brand presentation.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for product catalog and marketplace-related questions.
- Communicate with retail partners regarding product setup, missing information, imagery, launch timing, and catalog
- issues.
- Work closely with internal Sales team to prioritize product launches and resolve outstanding issues.
- Coordinate with EDI, Operations, Sales and external partners to troubleshoot recurring platform or catalog issues.
- Support onboarding and launches with new marketplace and e-commerce partners.
- Assist with marketplace marketing opportunities, promotional placements, digital features, and product initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to identify key styles and products to incorporate into the Weekly Sales Report.
- Track marketplace opportunities and ensure selected products have the necessary inventory, content, and imagery to
- support placement.
- Assist Sales team in reviewing online assortments and identifying opportunities to improve product visibility and
- presentation.
- Support reporting and analysis of e-commerce and marketplace performance as needed.
- Participate in new marketplace and digital partner launches.
- Assist with product testing, catalog setup, product feeds, and launch readiness.
- Work with internal and external teams to test product flows and identify issues prior to launch.
- Maintain launch calendars, deadlines, and status updates to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, wholesale, retail, merchandising, or a related field. Fashion/apparel experience is strongly preferred. Must have experience with Amazon Marketplace platform and/or Macy’s Marketplace platform-ideal candidate would have both.
- Professional and polished.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external retail partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with marketplace or e-commerce platforms such as Mirakl, GSX, Nuorder, and similar systems is a must.
- Familiarity with product catalogs, style/SKU information, digital assets, and e-commerce product setup is preferred.
- Ability to identify problems, follow through on outstanding issues, and take initiative to find solutions.
- Strong interest in fashion, retail, e-commerce, and digital customer experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, resourceful, and extremely detail oriented. They are comfortable taking ownership of projects, following up with multiple teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This person should be a team player, enjoy working in a fast-paced fashion environment and understand that successful e-commerce execution requires both attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
They will be expected to communicate clearly, stay ahead of deadlines, and proactively flag issues before they impact a product launch or retail partner.
