Event Marketer

Leaf Home is seeking an Event Marketer to generate qualified leads for our home-improvement solutions, including Leaf Filter gutter protection, roofing, windows, and more. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll represent Leaf Home at home shows, retail locations, and community events, engaging homeowners, presenting product benefits, and capturing appointment leads for our sales team. You'll help plan and execute local events, set up and break down displays, track performance metrics, and hit weekly goals.

This position is ideal for high-energy, outgoing self-starters who thrive on performance-based growth and want to impact homeowners' comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Promote Leaf
• Home products at home shows, retail locations, and local events
• Engage homeowners, explain product benefits, and answer basic questions
• Generate and qualify leads, scheduling in-home sales appointments
• Set up, maintain, and break down event booths and marketing displays
• Coordinate event calendars and staffing with local and regional teams
• Track, report, and analyze lead generation and event performance metrics
• Maintain brand standards and professional appearance at all events
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and targeting
