About Our Team
Tik Tok's Community Programs Team designs and delivers scaled creator education and engagement initiatives — executing programs that turn platform priorities (high-quality content, key content verticals, safety) into sustained creator behavior. We deliver this programming through a community-lens, honoring and championing diverse creator communities as a core part of how we build trust, relevance, and lasting engagement. We also partner cross-functionally (marketing, legal, comms, finance, entertainment, sports, emerging verticals) to ensure programming drives both creator behavior change and broader platform growth goals and objectives.
Role OverviewThe Creator Community Programs Intern will play a hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our community programs team, with a core focus on the Tik Tok Creator Community Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑starter who is detail‑oriented, curious, and excited about the creator economy, community building, and program operations. The intern will work closely with the Creator Community Programs lead to support research, program logistics, creator engagement, and cross‑functional projects that help our programs run smoothly and grow strategically.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day, is comfortable juggling multiple work streams, and wants exposure to how a global creator platform designs and executes community programming from the ground up.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
