About the Role

This is a full-time role based in New York City, reporting directly to the President of Klydoclock.

You will own three key areas:
sourcing and engaging artists/creators, improving the creator experience, and building an active creator community.

You'll identify great creative talent and bring them onto Klydoclock, manage relationships and projects, work with our internal teams to make the platform increasingly creator-friendly, and develop programs and events that keep our community connected and engaged.

We're looking for someone who is great with people, highly organized, creative in their approach, and excited about building a community from the ground up.

What You’ll Do Source & Engage Artists/Creators
  • Identify and recruit established and emerging artists/creators, animators, designers, studios, and other creative talent.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through social platforms, creator networks, schools, events, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective artists/creators.

  • Represent the artist/creator perspective internally and turn recurring questions, feedback, and friction into actionable improvements.
  • Develop onboarding materials, guidelines, FAQs, tutorials, and other resources that help creators successfully use the platform.
  • Work with Content and Marketing to support creator launches and promote their work.
Build & Engage the Community
  • Develop creative ways to build an active and connected global artist/creator community.
  • Organize webinars, meetups, workshops, events, office hours, and educational sessions for creators.
  • Create programs, themes, challenges, calls for submissions, and other initiatives that encourage participation and new content.
  • Develop regular communications that keep creators informed, inspired, and connected.
  • Create opportunities to showcase and celebrate creators and their work.
