- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgeting, vendor management and planning
- Manage marketing projects and channel campaigns (digital, events, conferences, thought leadership)
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage content creation, list generation and distribution
- Maintain website content and marketing collateral, keeping materials current and on-brand
- Develop and improve marketing workflows, SOPs and process documentation
- Support client/investor-facing events, including webcasts and webinars
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, approvals and meeting follow-through
- Prepare reports and presentations, and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or financial services marketing
- Experience in alternative investments or asset management preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and email marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/CMS experience a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
