Responsibilities for Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:

Partner with regional and functional marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business priorities.

Analyze product portfolios, customer segments, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and prioritize marketing objectives.

Develop positioning strategies and audience engagement plans to maximize product awareness and adoption.

Develop, launch, and manage medium to large-scale marketing campaigns, communications, assets, and programs.

Identify and optimize marketing channels to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

Define research objectives and manage user research initiatives in partnership with internal and external research resources.

Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer needs, behaviors, and trends.

Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategy, and user experience improvements.

Validate market opportunities through market sizing, revenue analysis, user growth assessment, and competitive intelligence.

Develop business cases, hypotheses, and strategic recommendations to support product investments and growth initiatives.

Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and enhancements.

Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer narratives.

Create and refine product marketing content, including narratives, launch materials, product messaging, sales enablement assets, and campaign content.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content aligns with product strategy, brand standards, and audience needs.

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and features.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.

Demonstrate sound judgment and uphold organizational Core Values and Code of Conduct.

Foster psychological safety and create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued.

Promote collaboration across teams and cultures by adapting communication styles and actively addressing biases.

Candidates for Marketing Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, campaign management, or related marketing functions.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market, customer, and performance data.

Experience developing positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products or services.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in technology, SaaS, software, or digital products.

Knowledge of customer research methodologies and market analysis techniques.

Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives with minimal guidance.

Experience supporting global or cross-cultural teams.
