EXL is seeking a CRM Marketing Generalist to lead fan engagement initiatives within the Fan Engagement Marketing CoE in New York. You will drive CRM campaigns, personalization, and lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, and push, working with Data & Analytics, Mar Tech, Product Marketing, and vendors to optimize results.
Required:
4+ years in CRM marketing, HTML editing, and hands-on use of Adobe AEP/AJO, CJA, and ESPs;
Photoshop is a plus.
