Marketing Manager

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/17/2026 to 08/09/2027 (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans for regional or functional marketing teams, study the portfolio, prioritize goals, and develop positioning plans to engage the target audience.
• Develop and manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and team objectives.
• Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization and define channels for user engagement.
• Define research needs, scope, manage, or guide user research leveraging internal and external research partners.
• Develop strategies for product marketing content across channels with minimal guidance.
• Define, identify, collect, and track product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Validate market size and opportunity, such as active users, revenue, and growth metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions for products and markets.
• Understand target audiences, develop product positioning and go-to-market plans, and execute messaging strategies.
• Develop user insights and incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies.
• Provide feedback to internal and external teams on user experience improvements and promote user engagement.
• Create marketing content aligned with product strategy, iterating with cross-functional teams before publication.
• Act as a junior product or feature expert, conducting market analysis, industry trend prediction, and providing insights.
• Foster an inclusive environment by creating space for collaboration and supporting diversity initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in product positioning, consumer behavior, brand management, and client/partner advising.
• Experience with situational leadership, campaign management, and marketing briefs.
• Knowledge of industry standards, data analysis, and storytelling.
• Understanding of go-to-market activities and product development processes.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $95.00/hour (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
