Location: New York

Stage-Global is looking for a full-time Marketing & Program Support Coordinator (40 hours) to join our team in New York City. As a Program Coordinator, you will be involved in various areas of exchange program arrangements, providing essential support to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing
  • Manage all social media channels end-to-end, including content strategy, content calendars, posting, community engagement, and growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Create and publish website content and landing pages, including CMS updates, basic SEO, and marketing assets using Canva.
  • Produce and coordinate video content for Reels, including scripting, filming coordination, editing, captions, thumbnails, and repurposing content across channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance across social media, website, and paid campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve content and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns with the placements team and external partners.
  • Identify marketing opportunities for our programs and execute initiatives to increase awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Support
  • Gather program-related documents from participants and update our customer portal.
  • Support the J-1 visa team in preparing sponsorship applications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates interested in Stage-Global programs.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.

  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent marketing and creative skills.
  • Located in the United States with valid work authorization. This position is also available for F-1/OPT candidates.
  • Full-time in office position; remote work is not available.
  • Compensation: $20 per hour
