The Solutions Marketing Manager leads the team responsible for turning customer challenges into insight-led, differentiated solutions. This role is both a people leader and a senior strategic partner to Sales, setting the standard for how the organization approaches complex opportunities, RFPs/RFIs, and high-priority client conversations.
Rather than starting with a product or a predetermined activation, the Manager starts with the customer:
What are they trying to accomplish? What does the market tell us? Which combination of capabilities can best address the challenge? And what is the most compelling story for why Digital Remedy can solve it?
The Manager owns the strategic approach for the most complex opportunities while building a team and operating model that gives Sales the right level of support across the pipeline.
