Events and Content Producer

We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Events & Content Producer to bring our client's IRL experiences to life — and turn those experiences into stories people want to see and share.

You’ll own the production and logistics behind everything from intimate member dinners to live conversations and listening sessions. Once the event is over, you’ll help capture the energy, ideas, and moments from the room and turn them into compelling content that brings organization's mission to a wider audience.

New York will be your home base, but you’ll also help create the systems and playbook we can take to new cities as the org grows. This role reports to the Head of Communications

• Own org's IRL events from start to finish — from dinners and panels to listening sessions — managing venues, vendors, guest lists, run of show, logistics, and the overall member experience.
• Turn every event into a content opportunity by capturing the best moments, conversations, and energy from the room and transforming them into engaging, published content, with a strong focus on video for Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Manage speakers, experts, and guests throughout the event and content process, making sure they feel prepared, welcomed, and well taken care of.
• Keep all the details moving across events and content while supporting the broader team as they grow and strengthen org's early community.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand and Communications teams to develop fresh creative concepts and strategies that lead to standout events and high-quality content.
• Partner with the Membership Manager to create a seamless, elevated experience for new members and make sure they feel welcomed and supported as they explore something new.
• Help build a repeatable event and content playbook that can scale from New York into additional markets as the company grows.

• You have 5+ years of experience producing live events and/or content
  , with enough range to move comfortably between the two. Producing a dinner one day and coordinating a content shoot the next is completely in your wheelhouse.
• You’re hands-on with content production. You can shoot and edit short-form video yourself, or confidently manage freelancers and creative partners who can.
• You have great taste, strong creative instincts, and a high standard for the details that make an experience feel special.
• You’re extremely organized and know how to keep multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and moving pieces under control without losing momentum.
• You have an established New York network of venues, vendors, creative talent, and freelancers that you can tap into when getting something off the ground.
• You’re comfortable in an early-stage startup where priorities move quickly and everyone is expected to pitch in.
• You’re a true doer. You can think strategically and build the plan, but you’re equally comfortable getting out there, making calls, knocking on doors, and figuring out how to make it happen.
• You connect with org's core values of connection, simplicity, and intentionality and bring those values into the way you work and create experiences.

This is a role for someone who loves making things happen — someone who can take an idea from a conversation to a packed room, create an experience people genuinely remember, and then turn that experience into content that lives beyond the event.
