Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for all properties within the R.E.M Residential portfolio
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target demographics and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
- Manage social media channels, create compelling and engaging content, and monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries
- Plan and execute events and community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract potential residents
- Generate and analyze reports on marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and track marketing budget and expenses
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and techniques and provide recommendations for implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on real estate or property management
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in social media management and analytical tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
$89,000-$98,000 per year
