Coordinator, Comedy Tour Marketing

COMEDY TOUR MARKETING COORDINATOR:

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Comedy Tour Marketing department. Coordinate promotional launch schedules for tour announcements and on sales. Work with venues to collect marketing plans, promotional materials, ticketing materials, and ticket links. Work with clients to coordinate social media schedules related to touring Monitor marketing plans, track advertising and analyze ticket sales. Manage and maintain marketing grids and ticket counts. Checking ticket links during tour announcements and on sales and identifying issues.

1-2 years of working in live entertainment or entertainment marketing

• All applicants should possess excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be self-confident and diligent.
• Must be highly organized.
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care, follow-through, and follow up.
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Must be passionate about the business of comedy.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.
• Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Dependable and proactive.
• Able to prioritize the workload, and use time efficiently.

• Basic computer skills including Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory.
• Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and You Tube.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

• Hiring Rate Minimum: $52,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
• Hiring Rate Maximum: $70,000 annually
