Growth Marketing Manager, Developer Acquisition

Directly tied to AI-native workflows and coding agents; experiments include AI-SEO and LLM optimization to reach developers.

Lead developer-focused acquisition for Bluebox.ai (a Dynatrace product) by designing, running, and scaling experimental marketing channels to drive developer sign-ups and activation. Own paid media, channel attribution, and the content pipeline while iterating quickly on hypotheses and measurement.

Dynatrace (Bluebox.ai ) is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, Developer Acquisition to find, prove, and scale channels that put Bluebox in front of developers. You will run acquisition as an experimental system, owning hypothesis-driven experiments, paid media, attribution, and content execution for developer audiences.

• Design and run acquisition experiments across developer-centric channels (developer newsletters, Reddit, category search, You Tube, podcasts, news aggregators, community sponsor ships).
• Own paid media targeted to developers, from awareness placements through paid influencer videos, live streams, and articles, with tight budget discipline and cost-per-sign-up focus.
• Own channel and campaign attribution; report against sign-ups, first meaningful usage, and activation rather than impressions.
• Execute content pipeline across blog, social, and paid placements and turn editorial direction into shipped content.
• Experiment with search, AI-SEO, and LLM optimization to learn how developers and coding agents discover tools and feed learnings back to the team.

• 2-3 years hands-on experience owning growth, performance, or demand generation for developer-focused or deeply technical products.
• Experience at a startup or growth-stage team and comfort with iterative, non-deterministic work.
• Track record of owning at least two acquisition channels end-to-end and taking at least one from experiment to repeatable program.
• Fluency with funnel analytics and attribution; ability to build dashboards and design tests that answer key questions.
• Hands-on paid media execution across dev-native surfaces: paid search, paid social (including Reddit and X), newsletter sponsor ships, You Tube, developer ad networks.
• Ability to market to developers authentically and write/communicate effectively; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• AI-native ways of working: familiarity with agents, automations, and tooling used day-to-day.
• Comfortable working independently as the sole developer-acquisition lead while collaborating with the broader GTM team.

• Developer background or hands-on coding/coding-agent experience sufficient to ship landing pages and instrument experiments.
• Experience with SEO and answer-engine optimization for technical audiences.
• DOE, salary $140,000 - $175,000 plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401(k), PTO.
