Senior Procurement Manager, Brand Marketing

Summary

The Senior Procurement Manager, Brand Marketing will lead marketing procurement activities for Moët Hennessy USA, driving strategy, cost optimization and innovation across a $120 million A&P budget. This hybrid NYC-based role manages a team and partners closely with marketing and sales to source agencies, media, creative, PR, sponsor ships and experiential services. The role ensures compliance with global purchasing policies while delivering value and quality for brand initiatives.

• Lead and develop a team of procurement managers, set strategies and drive performance.
• Manage a $120M A&P budget across media, social, CRM, sponsor ships, brand content, PR, creative and events.
• Act as a trusted business partner to marketing and sales, organizing business reviews and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering and negotiation with suppliers and agencies to achieve cost, quality and timing objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, develop agency panels, and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and tools.
• Identify and implement market and supplier-driven innovations to support marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
• 7 years of relevant experience in global purchasing/procurement with significant exposure to marketing and agencies.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams with strong leadership and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, analytical and database management capabilities.
• Fluent in English;
  French or Spanish a plus; ability to operate in an international, client-oriented environment.
