Responsible for developing creative campaign concepts and leading multi-disciplinary teams through ideation to execution.

Oversee the development of big, brand-building, persuasive, and unexpectedideas across all channels.

Provide leadership and motivationwhile simultaneouslyextractingamazing thoughts and ideas fromreportingcreatives.

Ability to defuse problems andcome up with solutions in the best interests of the company, the clients, and thecreative team.

• Direct projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight from ECDs and GCDs, ensuring that creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way–
• Act inthe best interest of theclient’s and/or the agency’sbig idea when managing the day-to-day operations
• Providecreativeguidance to ensure ideas are tied to strategy, pushing for Famously Effective ideas internally as well as with the client
• Manage the client relationship and lead creativemeetings/presentations to the client
• Generate ideas to help pitch and win new business
• Lead effective team meetings to both organize highquantityof work, but also to inspire and motivate team members.
• Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
• Setting an example for the larger team through setting high creative standards and overall involvement in the larger agency initiatives.
• May develop juniorteams with careful and consistent feedback,mentorship and model behavior
• Maytrain and supervise team members. Oversee their creative efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on schedule, are meetingcreative standards.
• Is responsible forawareness and communication of creative successes both internally and externally
• May overseecareerdevelopment of junior team members. Perform reviews todeterminestrengths, growth opportunities, goals, and ambitions.
