David is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Associate in New York City to lead email, SMS, direct mail, subscriptions, and loyalty programs. You will own the roadmap, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with creative, ecommerce, growth, legal, and other teams to boost retention and customer lifetime value.
You will manage day-to-day email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, build automated journeys, and own reporting on retention metrics.
