Associate Director, Retail Media

An independent digital agency is at an important point in the growth of its retail media offering. As Associate Director, Retail Media, you will lead marketplace strategy and execution across 2-3 accounts while mentoring a hands‑on manager. You will help establish the practices, standards, and strategic direction that support the next phase of retail‑media growth.

• Lead marketplace strategy and execution across retail media accounts.
• Stay hands‑on with Amazon DSP and retail media setup, optimization, measurement, and performance analysis.
• Oversee ROAS, AOV, sales, and CLV-driven e-commerce performance.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and practice-wide execution standards for retail clients.
• Mentor managers and ensure high-quality deliverables while helping build a scalable retail‑media practice.

• 7+ years of relevant digital-media experience, including deep retail media network and Amazon DSP expertise.
• Brand-side experience is welcome, provided you also have agency experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong direct-to-consumer e-commerce retail experience and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic leadership.
• Target Roundel, additional retail media network, marketplace, or programmatic DSP experience preferred.

$110,000-$145,000 base, plus annual bonus reference band

New York or Dallas

Hybrid; 1 day per week onsite
