About The Role

Content Manager, Editorial Marketing

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop digital content (including emails and blog posts) that achieves audience and sales goals by driving site traffic, increasing brand/product awareness, increasing conversions, and generating leads.
  • Partner with VP of Editorial Marketing to build a monthly content calendar.
  • Write copy for inspiring interior design–focused editorial and product-oriented emails and SEO-friendly blog articles about our product and brand.
  • Interview collaborators for blog articles and email features.
  • Secure usage rights for third-party install photography.
  • Manage freelance writing support for email content and blog articles.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and email marketing consultant to build, QA, and schedule 3-5 national marketing emails per week.
  • Assist with the production of regional marketing emails, including content development and copyediting.
  • Continuously track KPIs and manage CRM data to optimize email engagement.
  • Lead production of romance copy for all Schumacher SKUs, including coordinating monthly product presentations and editing copy for brand voice and accuracy.
  • Produce printed sales marketing collateral, including sourcebooks, wallpaper binders, fabric ring sets, postcards, and mailers.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Social, Boutique, and Finished Goods teams on multi-channel marketing campaigns to support new product launches, designer collaborations, events, and other brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners at Patterson Flynn and Backdrop on marketing strategies for brand collaborations.
