Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to help expand Get Up’s presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, and campus activations. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping our brand voice, testing new content ideas, and building connections with our audience.
What You’ll Do- Create and edit short-form video content (Tik Tok/IG Reels) that captures attention and tells the Get Up story
- Contribute ideas for brand activations on college campuses and in-store demos
- Help manage Get Up’s content calendar and posting cadence
- Meet with the team weekly to track performance metrics and share insights
- How to grow a consumer brand from zero to national retail presence
- The ins and outs of influencer partnerships, digital marketing, and retail marketing
- How startups build brand voice, run campaigns, and track ROI
- Exposure to real-world CPG strategy, from social media to store shelves
- Passion for social media, marketing, and consumer brands
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with Tik Tok, Instagram, and content creation tools (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe a plus)
- Self‑starter mindset - comfortable experimenting, taking initiative, and sharing ideas
- Bonus: experience with campus orgs, clubs, or brand ambassadorships
Compensation: Paid internship (stipend with incentive structure)
Timing: 10–15 hours/week, flexible around class schedule
