The Successful Individual Will Leverage Their Proficiency in Copy To...- Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy across Email, SMS, Paid Social, site content, digital, print, packaging, wholesale, and other customer-facing channels.
- Create copy for CRM initiatives, including promotional campaigns, triggered and lifecycle communications, customer journeys, and retention-focused messaging.
- Bring seasonal marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives to life through engaging, customer-focused messaging.
- Develop and optimize copy through testing, personalization, and performance insights.
- Adapt messaging across audiences, channels, customer segments, and global markets while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Maintain Kate Spade New York's distinctive editorial voice while supporting broader brand storytelling initiatives as needed.
- Translate emerging fashion, social, creator, and cultural trends into relevant, brand-right messaging for evolving customer audiences.
- Partner closely with Editorial, CRM, Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Project Management teams to deliver and execute customer communications.
- Participate in copy reviews, editorial QA, and content development processes to help maintain consistency across channels and campaigns.
