What you’ll do:

The SVP, Digital & Influencer Strategy will lead bold, culture-driving influencer programs for some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands. You'll shape and execute integrated influencer strategies—from identifying emerging creators and building talent partnerships to negotiating contracts, overseeing campaigns, and measuring impact. You will stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture, and social conversations, helping clients connect with audiences in authentic and meaningful ways.

You'll partner closely with earned media, social, creative, and strategy teams to develop innovative programs that drive engagement, relevance, and business results.

A deep understanding of influencer marketing and the creator economy, with a proven ability to develop and lead integrated influencer strategies that drive meaningful results for our brands. You'll bring expertise in creator partnerships, social media trends, up and coming platforms, and industry best practices, along with the ability to translate insights into innovative, impactful programs. As a trusted advisor to clients and teams, you'll seamlessly connect influencer strategies to broader communications and business objectives while identifying new opportunities for creativity, growth, engagement, and brand relevance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead integrated influencer marketing strategies across consumer brands practice to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on influencer marketing, social media trends, creator partnerships, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, agents, and platform representatives to secure strategic partnerships and maximize client opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including strategy development, talent identification, outreach, negotiations, contracting, content oversight, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with account, digital, social, creative, and earned media teams to integrate influencer programs into broader communications and marketing strategies.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on influencer strategy, creator selection, budget allocation, content optimization, and measurement frameworks.
  • Oversee influencer budgets, talent fees, agency resources, and campaign timelines to ensure successful execution and profitability.
  • Establish campaign KPIs and measurement methodologies, analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor influencer marketing specialists and cross‑functional team members, fostering professional development and best‑in‑class execution.
  • Develop scalable influencer engagement programs, ambassador initiatives, affiliate partnerships, and creator communities to support long‑term brand growth.
  • Monitor emerging cultural trends, creator ecosystems, and platform innovations to proactively identify opportunities for clients and agency advancement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years previous experience and a B.A. in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline;
  • Digital native with understanding of influencer from owned, earned and paid perspectives.
  • Proven experience developing and managing influencer marketing programs within a public relations agency environment
  • In-depth knowledge of related social trends and industry sector events and experience working with celebrities, social influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time management, leadership, team building, mentoring and client relation skills
  • Proven experience in the Consumer Brands space

Compensation Range: $180,215- $299,637 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
