Client Relationship Management, Account Manager
Town Hall -- a fast-growing digital media agency serving higher education and mission-driven brands -- is seeking an Account Manager to support the account team and serve as a day-to-day client relationship lead across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
You'll thrive here if you're equal parts project manager, strategic thinker, and trusted partner. Someone who takes ownership of client work from brief to delivery, communicates with clarity and confidence, and holds themselves accountable for the quality of everything that goes out the door.
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, and we are currently working in-office four days per week (Monday-Thursday). The anticipated start date for this role is late September/early October.
What You'll DoAs an Account Manager at Town Hall, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day partner for a specific set of clients and provide support to an Account Director for complex accounts. You'll be responsible for building resilient, long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth through delivering great work, clear communication, and quality assurance. You'll ensure all agency recommendations are aligned with the client's business goals, manage workflow across internal teams, keep budgets on track, and hold the team to a high standard for everything that goes out the door.
You'll also be a contributor to the bigger picture: participating in strategic discussions, connecting industry trends to client opportunities, supporting revenue growth on existing accounts, and showing up to client and internal meetings with curiosity, preparation, and clear communication. You'll report to a senior account leader who will coach you on client management, presentation skills, and leading strategic conversations.
