A leader in the media and entertainment industry is hiring a Manager, Marketing Insights in New York, NY
, for a full-time position. This role is onsite four days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with one remote day

• Join a leading national media organization.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work with advanced analytics, visualization, and AI tools.
• Influence acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

• Experience in marketing analytics, subscription analytics, growth analytics, or a related quantitative role.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and CTEs across large datasets.
• Experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable visualization platform.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Develop strategies supporting subscriber acquisition, win-back, engagement, and retention.
• Own recurring reporting on subscriber acquisition, churn, cancellations, and retention.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key subscription and lifecycle metrics.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and connect spending to subscriber outcomes.
• Conduct cohort analyses and identify actionable drivers behind subscriber behavior.
