We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading International Law firm, for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join their team.
The role will support the firm’s East Coast, U.S., and global marketing teams across pitches and presentations, client and market research, awards submissions, events, digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and other strategic business development initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working across business development, proposals, events, communications, and client-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and fact sheets
- Coordinate directory and award submissions
- Support client events, sponsor ships, receptions, and conferences
- Track business development activities, campaigns, and client targeting initiatives
- Assist with client alerts, newsletters, website content, and social media
- Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research
- Maintain CRM and marketing tracking systems
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams on marketing and BD initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of Marketing or Business Development experience
- Experience with in a law firm, financial services, consulting, accounting, or other professional services environment is strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is an advantage
- Occasional travel to the firm's Greenwich, Connecticut office as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Interact credibly, diplomatically and with integrity.
- Availability to attend/run events early morning (breakfast time) or evenings will be necessary, as required.
- Be in the office 2-3 days per week, and more as needed.
