Bilingual Communications, Marketing & Events Intern

We're hiring:
Bilingual Communications, Marketing & Events Intern (English/Mandarin) — NYCGloboconsult LLC, a boutique New York advisory firm working with family offices, private investors, and global businesses across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, is looking for a bilingual English/Chinese intern to join our small, high-impact team.

You'll get direct exposure to international family office networks, cross-border business development, and event production for UHNW and institutional audiences, including our Private Capital Circle at Davos during WEF week in January 2027.What you'll do:

• Draft and translate English/Chinese communications, invitations, and marketing content
• Support Linked In, WeChat, newsletters, and website updates
• Research prospective speakers, sponsors, family offices, and partners
• Manage invitation lists, RSVPs, and contact databases
• Help plan and execute events, from logistics to on-site coordination
• Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and presentations

• Fluent or highly proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Based in the NYC metro area; university student, grad student, or recent grad
• Strong writer and communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives and investors
• Interested in family offices, finance, international business, or events
• Organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-moving environment

• Hybrid, NYC | ~20 hrs/week | Paid | 3-6 month initial term with potential extension
• Possible international travel, including Davos 2027, based on performance
