Meta is seeking an audience marketing manager to help us grow the awareness, adoption, and sentiment of Meta's AI solutions with developers across the ecosystem, including enterprises.

A successful candidate must have experience in building and executing marketing plans in the rapidly moving GenAI and LLM space. The ideal candidate will combine strong capability in operational day-to-day execution as well as the longer-term strategic planning to make the Meta AI ecosystem successful.

7+ years of experience in technology marketing or developer marketing
Marketing experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services in the GenAI space, via impactful marketing activations
Experience working directly with developers (in a customer first way) across the ecosystem, including at tech companies, enterprise companies and partners
Experience working in cross-functional organizations, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teams
Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build high-quality campaign work
Experience in content and digital marketing
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Balance of creative and analytical thinking, experience putting forth high-quality execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
Interested in GenAI, active member of the developer community in this space
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
