Role
Lead global consumer communications strategy for Rakuten, enhancing brand awareness, trust, and loyalty across key markets including the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
Responsibilities- develop and execute integrated communications campaigns, oversee external PR agencies, align messaging with brand and business goals, and manage high-profile partnerships and sponsor ships (e.g., sports teams).
