About The Role & Team
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale the U.S. marketing function for our growing FINRA regulated financial services firm. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a modern, data driven marketing strategy that strengthens brand presence, accelerates customer acquisition and retention, and supports sustainable business growth across the U.S. market. Reports to our Corporate SVP & Global CMO.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, with experience building scalable marketing programs within highly regulated industries. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to elevate market positioning, drive measurable commercial impact, and ensure all marketing initiatives align with regulatory expectations and corporate objectives.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead U.S. Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing strategy, aligning priorities with the firm’s broader global marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Own customer acquisition strategy and performance, optimizing traffic, conversion, customer experience, acquisition costs, and channel investment to drive sustainable and profitable client growth.
- Own the development and execution of the U.S. brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and go to market approach across key products and customer segments.
- Drive integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support customer growth, and translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Lead and develop a high performing marketing organization of approximately 15 to 50 professionals across Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and executive leadership to align marketing priorities, customer experience, and business goals.
- Serve as a strategic marketing leader to the Global CMO and executive team, using market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to shape growth strategy and investment priorities.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including significant experience leading and developing teams.
- Proven leadership experience across Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing, with a track record of building brands, launching products, and driving business growth.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence cross functional leaders, align priorities, and translate business objectives into compelling marketing strategies and execution.
