VP, US Adult Pneumococcal Lead

• Shape and drive the US strategy and operational execution for Prevnar 20 Adult
• Deliver operating-plan financial commitments and plan for the successful launch of the next-generation Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine
• Develop marketing and financial plans across multiple market segments
• Drive market development, product differentiation and commercial success
• Lead franchise portfolio planning, product forecasting, positioning, pricing strategy, access planning, lifecycle strategy, competitor defense and marketing collaborations
• Establish and lead the team and US commercial strategies for Prevnar 20 Adult
• Lead development of forecasts, plans, strategies and operational commitments, ensuring delivery
• Prepare an evidence-based, patients-first strategy to differentiate and defend against competitors
• Collaborate with US sales, Accounts and Channel Teams on launch execution and customer-facing activities
• Coordinate with US Vaccines marketing teams by customer segment and channel
• Build a high-performing team by attracting, engaging, coaching and developing talent
• Provide thought leadership across the US Vaccines business on innovative growth models
• Participate as an enterprise leader in Global and US Vaccines Leadership Teams
• Lead critical external relationships to shape perspectives and advance market development
• Report to the US Commercial Lead for Vaccines

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience OR Master's degree and 13+ years of experience OR PhD/PharmD and 10+ years of experience
• Successful marketing/commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably at the global and local levels
• US market experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
• Prior launch experience highly desired
• Experience in building / accelerating previously unexplored or under-penetrated markets desired
• Experience in working successfully in a highly competitive environment desired
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through setting a common vision and purpose, influence and persuasion
• Absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
• Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizing and meeting team goals
• Ability to act with agility and effectively lead others through times of change
• Experience in US marketing and Global marketing highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 10-25% of the time
• Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
• Permanent work authorization in the United States required
