What to Expect
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing - Americas, the Content and Channel Marketing Manager who will be based in the New York Tri State region, will play a vital role in creating a constant flow of exceptional, channel ready assets across multiple marketing verticals ensuring both customers and retailers are exposed to high quality and on-brand campaigns and communications that innovate, excite and drive measurable actions.
This individual will set the communications direction, content standards and production rhythm across all McLaren, Americas Marcoms and will be the hub where our omni-channel presence comes to life, owning the roadmap and channel programming that powers launches, always on-brand building and customer interactions.
Utilizing Globally produced assets, and enhancing with regionally adapted creative concepts, this role will be key in enforcing brand guardrails and creating relevant and meaningful toolkits and assets for the retail network, creating content with media partners to drive high quality leads and ensuring a regular cadence of communication with our customer database, whilst measuring success and course correcting based on data analysis.
This role will own the regional content calendar and ensure alignment with global campaigns and launches, overseeing content deployment across email, social, paid media, and owned channels. The manager will drive consistent audience engagement through structured nurture journeys, CRM segmentation, and retargeting strategies designed to increase lead conversion and retention.
With a focus on strategy and execution, this individual will connect Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales functions to strengthen lead generation, customer retention, and commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of creative strategy, campaign analysis, and operational support for regional and dealer-level execution.
What You'll Do Content Strategy and Development- Own and maintain a structured quarterly content calendar that aligns regional storytelling with global launches, product campaigns, and key regional initiatives.
- Define and lead the overall digital content strategy ensuring consistency of content and messaging including overseeing retailer activations and regional social selling campaigns and event promotion via regionally owned channels.
- Identify target audience need and develop compelling content ideas and formats to engage them across a wide variety of verticals that appeal to the UHNWI.
- Collaborate with marketing team to establish a regular email cadence, monthly newsletters, and nurture campaigns that drives engagement and conversion.
- Select and manage creative production partners and agencies ensuring compliance with approved brand guidelines and budget parameters.
- Act as the control center for campaign orchestration, ensuring launches, always-on storytelling, and brand-building efforts are strategically sequenced and amplified across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- In collaboration with Central Marketing teams create an annual plan and consistent delivery of toolkits for retailers to drive showroom traffic and generate leads (asset menus, copy decks, showroom storytelling etc).
- Act as the main point of contact for cross functional teams within Americas business including Sales, Aftersales, PR and Marketing colleagues to align all content with key milestones and product cadence.
- Work closely with all marketing and media partners (including McLaren Financial Services colleagues) to ensure the maximization of all content opportunities and fullest use of all available outreach channels.
