Vector Media is searching for a Marketing Specialist in New York City to join our Marketing Department. Reporting to the Marketing Support Manager, this role functions as an independent contributor responsible for developing and executing compelling marketing narratives and materials that support the sales team and communicate Vector Media's story to a broad B2B audience. The Marketing Specialist helps steward Vector's voice across owned and earned channels — ensuring our brand shows up clearly and consistently wherever our audience engages with us.

This position is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days in-office.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and channels simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.
• A collaborative team player who is equally effective working independently on tasks that contribute to larger cross-departmental goals.
• A proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities to strengthen Vector's market presence and has the initiative to act on them.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role, ideally within the advertising, media, or marketing industries with a focus on B2B.
• Proven ability to develop marketing narratives and materials that resonate with business audiences and support sales efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content across a variety of formats and channels.
• Hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and emerging best practices for AI-driven search visibility.
• Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing programs.
• A design-oriented sensibility for creating visually engaging content and collateral that reflects the Vector brand.
