AboutThe Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Creative Director, Copy. This role requires a proven leader with a passion for health advertising and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The role demands an ability to lead teams rather than manage. This entails mentorship (inspiring confidence when the team is “up against it” by solving problems before they negatively impact the team or the work.
It entails taking the lead when others may want to shrink in times of challenge/adversity. The “big picture” is ever-present in your day-to-day efforts but making sure the team never loses sight of the “details” is also your responsibility. At this level, it is now incumbent upon you to hold the entire team accountable (including yourself) for agency hygiene and creative excellence.

- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Develop original and compelling creative concepts that are strategically sound and meet client objectives.
