Lead Product Marketing Manager

This is a senior individual contributor position, responsible for transforming customer insight, market dynamics, product innovation, and business strategy into compelling narratives that drive growth.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic connector across Product Management, Sales, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, Analysts, and Corporate Marketing. You'll build messaging, positioning, Messaging Source Documents (MSDs), launch strategies, thought leadership, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market programs that accelerate awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

- Develop and maintain messaging architectures, value propositions, Messaging Source Documents (MSDs), buyer personas, and differentiated market narratives.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and product innovation into compelling stories that resonate with executive, technical, and business audiences.
- Ensure consistent messaging across launches, campaigns, content, enablement, web properties, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead Product Marketing strategy for launches, market initiatives, and growth programs.
- Partner across Product Management, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Digital teams to align messaging, offers, content, campaigns, and activation plans.
- Support measurable business outcomes tied to awareness, pipeline, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Monitor market dynamics, buyer trends, analyst insight, competitive activity, and customer feedback. Develop repeatable approaches for gathering and synthesizing customer, field, analyst, and market insight to inform positioning, launches, and go-to-market decisions.
- Synthesize insights into positioning, sales guidance, competitive content, and strategic recommendations.
- Help strengthen BMC's differentiation and category leadership across priority markets.
- Create and support thought leadership, sales enablement, campaign content, customer stories, presentations, and field-facing assets.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate product expertise into market-ready stories and customer value.
- Support analyst relations, executive communications, and strategic content initiatives, including executive-ready presentations, narratives, and communications that influence decisions and align stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
- Use influence, communication, and collaboration to drive alignment in fast-moving environments.
- Mentor peers through knowledge sharing, leadership by example, and contribution to Product Marketing best practices, assets, and ways of working.
- Promote adoption of AI-enabled tools, workflows, prompts, agents, templates, and repeatable operating practices that improve Product Marketing effectiveness and scale.
- Clear, differentiated messaging consistently adopted across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner teams.
- Strong alignment between product innovation, market narrative, content, campaigns, and sales activation.
- Successful launches that improve awareness, engagement, adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Increased competitive differentiation and stronger positioning in target markets.

- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Product Management, or related go-to-market disciplines.
