We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to lead the development, evolution, and activation of key elements of our global brand strategy. This is a hands‑on strategic role that combines insight‑driven thinking with practical implementation. You will develop positioning, messaging, and brand frameworks while ensuring they are effectively embedded into campaigns, creative development, product marketing, and go‑to‑market activities across the organization.

You can develop a clear point of view, build alignment across a matrixed organization, and translate complex ideas into compelling, practical direction for diverse stakeholders. This position is based in our New York office. We follow a hybrid policy of at least four days onsite. Morningstar’s hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in person each week, as we have found that we are at our best when we are purposefully together on a regular basis.
In most of our locations, our hybrid work model is four days in the office each week. A range of other benefits is also available to enhance flexibility as needs change. No matter where you are, you will have the tools and resources to engage meaningfully with global colleagues.
