Marketing Director

Mockins is a fast-growing automotive e-commerce brand based in Brooklyn, NY. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a strategic marketing leader to strengthen our brand, drive growth, and lead our marketing efforts across channels.

We're seeking a Marketing Director to own the overall marketing strategy for Mockins — shaping brand positioning, building the marketing team, overseeing key growth channels, and using data and KPIs to drive measurable business results.

• Develop brand positioning and overall marketing strategy, ensuring a unified identity across all channels
• Lead, develop, and set priorities for the marketing team
• Drive email marketing strategy as a key growth and retention channel
• Establish, track, and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance
• Oversee paid media strategy, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
• Guide content and campaign strategy while ensuring a consistent brand voice
• Lead product launches and major marketing initiatives
• Use market, customer, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, including team management
• Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset
• Experience developing brand and growth strategies
• Familiarity with email marketing, paid advertising, and digital analytics
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• E-commerce or consumer product experience preferred
