As the Founding Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You'll own positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, product launches, customer insights, and competitive strategy.

Working directly alongside leadership, you will help establish the Product Marketing function while influencing the company's growth trajectory, commercial success, and category positioning.

This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership and the opportunity to create rather than inherit.

• Define and evolve market positioning and value propositions
• Create customer-centric messaging frameworks across multiple audience segments
• Lead product and feature launches from planning through execution
• Develop sales enablement resources that support pipeline generation and revenue growth
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
• Partner with leadership on market strategy, pricing, packaging, and commercial initiatives
• Support customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion efforts
• Develop case studies, customer stories, and proof points to strengthen market credibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills.

You’ll likely have:

• Product Marketing experience within SaaS, AI, enterprise software, automation, or technology businesses
• A proven track record of developing positioning and messaging that drives commercial outcomes
• Experience leading high-profile product launches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer propositions
• Experience supporting multiple customer personas and go-to-market motions
• A data-driven and commercially focused mindset

Experience with in venture-backed startups, scale-ups, or as a first Product Marketing hire would be particularly valuable.
