Mogao serves multiple segments including American-Chinese cuisine, regional Asian cuisine, fine and casual dining, private events, and institutional catering. Supported by an experienced management team, the group focuses on quality, service, culture, and operational excellence as it continues to expand.
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in New York, NY. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Mogao’s restaurant brands, catering services, and hospitality offerings across multiple channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, and supporting the development of marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals. The role will coordinate promotions and events, collaborate with operations and sales teams, manage marketing materials, and help maintain consistent brand messaging.
The Marketing Specialist will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support data-informed marketing plans.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support promotional activities, partnerships, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should have proficiency with digital and social media marketing tools, including content creation, campaign execution, and basic analytics.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Experience in food & beverage, or Asian restaurant marketing is preferred, along with familiarity with the New York City market.
- Familar with , Toast. etc.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Bilingual with English and Chinese is a plus
