PURPOSE:

** Support the development, management, and execution of consumer-facing brand marketing assets for Simon Centers. Working cross-functionally with Creative Services, Media, Field Marketing, Retailer Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams, this role helps ensures marketing materials are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and effectively support business objectives.
** PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
** Manage the development and delivery of consumer-facing creative assets – including paid media, on-mall signage, social and email.
* Assist on build-out of creative briefs, draft on own in partnership with manager and communicate briefs to internal creative teams and agencies/production partners for marketing asset needs supporting Simon centers.
* Partner with field marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate marketing needs, prioritize requests, and ensure deliverables align with brand and business objectives.
* Own standard brand asset requests start to finish
* Review, edit, and proofread consumer-facing content, exercising judgment to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and effectiveness of messaging across channels.
* Deliver on center and/or paid media assets to the field/agencies/partners in a timely manner
* Maintain and regularly update a highly organized database of consumer creative assets, including brand images, logos and other creative elements
* Interpret and apply consumer brand guidelines, brand templates, and project management systems
* Work within complex project management systems and workflow processes to track deliverables, manage timelines, and support cross-functional execution.
* Support additional Brand Team initiatives and special projects, managing assigned work with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*** College degree required– preferably in a Marketing, Advertising or Design related discipline
* 3+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced creative services, retail, media or agency environment
* Experience working with creative agencies, creative/production vendors and/or internal agency teams
* Knowledge of the fundamentals of print, video, radio and digital production processes, including social media, web and email best practices.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines while multi-tasking
* Outstanding organizational ability, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication needed. Must be able to build consensus and resolve conflict quickly and smoothly
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and  is a plus

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $105,000.  Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range.
