ABOUT THE ROLE:
Endeavor's People and Transformation team sits at the heart of how we grow, develop, and support our global organization. From our headquarters team of ~80 to nearly 500 colleagues across 45+ markets, we focus on building the capabilities that allow Endeavor to better serve high-impact entrepreneurs around the world.
We're looking for a creative, curious intern to help shape how our organization communicates with itself. This is not a shadowing role - you'll work directly alongside our Internal Communications Senior Manager on the strategy behind how we reach and engage nearly 500 colleagues across 45+ markets, bringing new ideas to the table and jumping into real internal comms projects from day one.
In this role, you'll help think through worldwide staff communications strategy, contribute fresh ideas and formats, and support the execution of internal comms initiatives across the organization. By the end of the internship, you'll have helped shape how a global, geographically dispersed team stays informed, connected, and engaged.
This internship is ideal for someone excited by communications, storytelling, and organizational culture, who wants real ownership and visibility inside a mission-driven global organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibility #1:
Support Worldwide Staff Communications Strategy
Work with our Internal Communications Manager to help shape and execute the strategy behind how we communicate with colleagues across 45+ markets.Responsibility #2:
Bring New Ideas to the Table
Contribute fresh thinking on formats, channels, and approaches that could make internal communications more engaging and effective for a global, remote-friendly staff.Responsibility #3:
Join Internal Comms Projects
Get hands‑on with existing internal communications projects and initiatives, supporting planning, drafting, and execution alongside the team.Responsibility #4:
Collaborate Globally and Incorporate Feedback
Work with colleagues across departments and regions to gather feedback and iterate on communications materials, ensuring they resonate with Endeavor's global workforce.
Student Status: Undergraduate or Graduate
Interests / Areas of Focus:
Preferred background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for tone and audience
Curiosity about organizational culture and how large, distributed teams stay connected
Comfort bringing new ideas forward and pitching them to a team
Comfort working with digital tools and communications platforms
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross‑cultural environment
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program
