Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Operations

• Support the VM Manager and AVP of VM across activities on the distribution calendar
• Translate and implement regional visual standards, planograms, distribution files, vendor briefs, and global team guidelines
• Manage administrative, visual logistics, and directives across the VM, marketing, and sales calendar
• Build partnerships with sales managers, creative agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, and printers
• Support VM projects, design, and logistics for North America department stores
• Support implementation of the Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy across North America
• Deliver new launches and in-store execution on time, within budget, and to brand standards
• Develop relationships with internal departments, regional managers, key retailers, key suppliers, and the global team
• Update and maintain planograms and campaign guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate production and store delivery for launches
• Adapt global lightbox artwork for North American retailers
• Create presentation and design proposals with VM and SD teams
• Raise purchase orders and control project expenditure
• Manage campaign databases and distribution lists
• Verify correct implementation after execution
• Manage the maintenance program via Service Channel
• Generate local consumer insights to inspire the beauty industry
• Attend cross-functional meetings
• Improve visual merchandising and customer experience in stores through innovation
• Support VM collateral, track purchase orders, receive invoices, and review costs
• Manage installations, check print quality and execution, and ensure VM meets Charlotte Tilbury standards and retailer agreements
• Report to the Manager, Visual Merchandising

• Minimum of 1 year of related visual experience wholesale and retail, beauty industry a plus
• Organized self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive nature and results-driven, positive “can do” attitude
• Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Effectively communicates and has strong interpersonal skills
• Have a strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product.
• A creative mind who can also deliver commercially, accurately and effectively
• Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team environment
• Resourceful and creative problem solver
• Proficient in Mac Operating System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Must have some knowledge and be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Demonstrates expertise in visual merchandising, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and brand standards. Proficient in managing logistics, developing relationships with stakeholders, and executing marketing strategies effectively.
