Community Growth Manager

We are looking for a Field Marketing & Community Growth Manager to support the growth of a paid social/dating platform in the U.S. market. This role will focus on offline user acquisition, local community engagement, and grassroots marketing
. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the local U.S. market, established community connections, and hands‑on experience organizing or executing offline marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, or user acquisition initiatives. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who can build local connections, identify target communities, create offline growth opportunities, and turn those opportunities into measurable user acquisition.

• Develop and execute offline user acquisition and grassroots marketing strategies across target U.S. markets.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant local communities, organizations, associations, clubs, event organizers, and other potential partners.
• Leverage existing local networks and community resources to introduce and promote the platform to target users.
• Plan and execute offline events, community activities, promotional campaigns, meetups, and partnership initiatives.
• Develop creative approaches to reach and acquire high-quality users through local communities and offline channels.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, influencers, event organizers, and community leaders where appropriate.
• Coordinate on‑ground promotional activities, including event setup, user engagement, brand promotion, and lead/user acquisition.
• Track and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, including user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Provide insights into U.S. consumer behavior, local community dynamics, and offline acquisition opportunities.
• Work closely with the broader marketing and product teams to align offline activities with overall user growth objectives.
• Continuously test and optimize new offline acquisition channels and community‑based growth strategies.

• 5+ years of professional work experience in business development, community growth, field marketing, user acquisition, events, sales, or a related field.
• Based in the United States with a strong understanding of the local market.
• Proven experience in offline marketing, grassroots promotion, field marketing, community building, event marketing, or similar initiatives.
• Strong local community and social network resources are highly preferred.
• Existing connections with local communities, organizations, clubs, event organizers, or other relevant groups are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to turn ideas and relationships into actual offline campaigns and user acquisition.
• Experience in the social, dating, consumer internet, mobile app, lifestyle, or community-oriented industries is a plus.
• Experience with user acquisition or growth marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for events and promotional activities when needed.
