The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting the Global Brand Marketing team for Menswear. This position will contribute to the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and consumer-facing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive engagement, and support business growth. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the role will help bring the Ralph Lauren brand to life across channels and markets through strong project management, collaboration, and campaign execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Support- Support the development of seasonal marketing plans through market, consumer, competitive, and business analysis for menswear.
- Contribute to campaign planning and marketing initiatives aligned to brand, category, and business priorities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, investment recommendations, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and campaign briefs that are on-brand, impactful, and relevant to target audiences.
- Support the creative briefing process, ensuring clear communication of objectives, deliverables, timelines, and key messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Merchandising, Creative, PR, Media, Social, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment throughout campaign development.
- Support the briefing and management of agency partners, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, target audience, deliverables, and timing.
- Manage campaign assets, shot lists, product selection, and launch materials to ensure execution aligns with creative and business goals.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign launches, key milestones, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, workbacks, key milestones, and deliverables to support the successful execution of global marketing initiatives.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and other operational processes.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent implementation and localization of global marketing programs.
- Create and maintain key marketing documents, including launch plans, messaging frameworks, campaign toolkits, run-of-show documents, and seasonal workbacks.
- Maintain marketing calendars, milestone trackers, and planning documents to support cross-functional alignment.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, meeting materials, and campaign documentation to support internal reviews and decision-making.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare campaign recaps, performance summaries, and executive presentations highlighting key results, learnings, and recommendations.
- Support the development of standardized reporting frameworks and post-campaign analyses to inform future planning.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Preferred:
Professional experience in fashion, digital marketing, or agency work. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
